I just had to take a moment to share my wonderful experience at Greggs, thanks to Chloe and Sasha. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with their warm smiles and genuine friendliness, which instantly brightened my day.Chloe was incredibly attentive, taking the time to explain the various menu options and making great recommendations based on what I was in the mood for. Her enthusiasm for the pastries was contagious, and it made me excited to try a few new items! I ended up going with the sausage roll and one of their seasonal pastries, and I couldn't be happier with my choices. Both were fresh, delicious, and made my lunch break feel special.Sasha, on the other hand, was a whiz at managing the busy counter. Despite the rush, she handled everything with such grace and efficiency. It was impressive to see how she coordinated with Chloe to ensure every customer was taken care of promptly, without sacrificing that personal touch. Their teamwork truly stood out! What really made my visit memorable was how they both took the time to engage with customers. It’s clear that Chloe and Sasha genuinely care about creating a positive atmosphere. They shared a few laughs with regulars and made newcomers feel right at home. It’s refreshing to see such dedication to customer service in a busy environment.Overall, I left Greggs feeling satisfied not only with my delicious meal but also with the great service I received from Chloe and Sasha. They truly elevate the experience and make you want to return. I can't wait to come back and try more of their recommendations. Keep up the fantastic work!

Sausage rolls were cold.Staff were very miserable as mentioned before, also tried to tell us we couldn't sit in the restaurant. To which I politely told them how wrong they were. The toilet was a public health risk, so disgusting. Wish I didn't go here.

I would have given this store the full stars for service but some mornings there is a certain member of staff, that when myself and my co worker see them behind the counter we turn around and walk away as they are so slow we cannot afford mins waiting for them to serve you. Where as other members of staff could get through the same amount of customers in about mins.Food would have gone up to stars if it wasn’t for the staff over cooking the bacon pretty much every morning (hard and crunchy), where as other greggs seem to cook the bacon to perfection.I’m editing this post because yet again myself and my coworker had to walk out as the same member of staff who is really slow was behind the counter. It was not only us but a few people in front and behind us also walked out stating that the member of staff behind the counter is so slow they cannot wait mins for a coffee and they will go somewhere else. Please can the management look into this matter as he’s going to lose customers due to his speed.
